A low growing groundcover with the added plus of pinkish lavender flowers and delicous red fruit. The plants have a mature height of only 5 inches and spread by underground rhizomes, making a thick carpet of bright green leaves. In the spring the flowers appear and the red fruits follow in the summer. As the fruit ripens you will be able to smell the sweet aroma of Raspberries. Fall color is tremendous with foliage showing shades of red and burgandy. Very hardy in zones 1-7. Prefers full sun.Proper name: Rubus x stellarcticus
